FIMA 2025 | Chamber Music Concert
🎶Selected Young Piano & String Talents from FIMA 2025 join members of the Viatores Quartet & Fiestravaganza Ensemble to present various chamber music works 🎶
✨The "Fiestravaganza International Music Academy" (FIMA), Berlin's first major piano summer academy, offers an unparalleled experience for young talents. Building on its successful 2023 debut, FIMA continues to provide diverse opportunities often elusive in early careers. Participants showcase their talents through numerous performances, including the prestigious chance to play with the Camerata Fiestravaganza orchestra. This ensemble comprises over 50 hand-picked, exceptional musicians from varied cultural backgrounds, all students or alumni of Berlin's three major music universities: Universität der Künste, Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler, and Barenboim-Said Akademie.
🎻 FIMA continues to evolve and expand its offerings for young musicians. Building on its successful piano program, FIMA 2025 introduces an exciting new opportunity for talented young string players. Mentored by the string principals of the Camerata Feistravaganza, they will join forces with the piano participants to rehearse in various ensemble formations.
🎟️ FREE ADMISSION – FIMA proudly collaborates with the University of the Arts Berlin, enabling participants to perform in the majestic halls of Europe's largest art institution before large audiences. All concerts feature Bechstein D282 pianos, generously sponsored by C. Bechstein Berlin.
