FIMA 2026 | Chamber Music Concert

🎶 Selected Young Piano & String Talents from FIMA 2026 present an evening of chamber music 🎶

🎻 Experience an inspiring chamber music evening with selected young pianists and string players from the Fiestravaganza International Music Academy 2026, joined by the Fiestravaganza Ensemble. In various ensemble formations, the participants will present chamber music works shaped through intensive coaching, collaboration, and rehearsal during the academy.

✨ Founded in 2023 as Berlin’s first major international piano summer academy, the Fiestravaganza International Music Academy has since evolved into an interfaculty programme, bringing together young musicians across multiple disciplines. FIMA 2026 marks an important new chapter with the full integration of string players – violin, viola, and cello – creating even more opportunities for collaborative music-making between pianists and string players.

Throughout the academy, participants take part in individual masterclasses, chamber music coachings, group workshops, and extensive performance opportunities in the prestigious halls of the University of the Arts Berlin. A distinctive feature of FIMA is its exclusive access to Bechstein’s Vintage Keyboard Collection, allowing participants to explore both modern and historic instruments.

Beyond music-making, FIMA 2026 places a strong emphasis on cultural exchange and community. A new collaboration with the Goethe-Institut introduces a curated cultural programme, inviting participants to engage with Berlin’s history, arts, and cultural life while building meaningful social connections.
